The numbers above refers to the number of unique items you can create, not how often they can be updated. As an example, on the free tier you only have one e-mail endpoint, but you can update that e-mail and send it to yourself as much as you want (subject to compute restrictions)
* Unlimited features are capped at 2000 items, but can be expanded on a case by case basis. Please be aware that there are separate usage caps that go along with the various tiers, though for any reasonable use these should not be hit.
